Kevin Federline starts his own record label to release his debut album

Kevin Federline has started his own record label with his manager Dan Dymtrow to release his debut album Playing with Fire.

The album was originally set to be launched over the summer but after hearing Kevin’s first single ‘PopoZao’, record label bosses changed their mind about Mr Britney Spears.

A source quoted in the Sun said: Kev is determined to become even more successful than his wife. But after everyone heard his first single there wasn’t a music label in town interested in him.”

So Kevin and Dan have set up their own label, Federation Records, and the album is now expected to be released in the US in October.

He’ll be making his debut TV performance before that though: he’s scheduled to appear on the Teen Choice Awards show next week.
