Sheryl CrowSheryl Crow has revealed she would like to get married in the near future and, like Paris Hilton, she’s like to mimic her parents’ relationship because it’s been such a “good model” for marriage for her.

Sheryl said recently: “I’m ready for the quintessential forever relationship… I do believe love is the most important thing.”

“I’ve had a good model: my mom and dad have been married for 51 years. Not every day was a euphoric, honeymoon-like experience, but they stuck with it and worked through things.”

She also knows the type of man she’d like to settle down with: “I want a man who’s my best friend. I want someone who knows himself very well - and that can be challenging to find.”

“I want a man who’s a man - who’s asked all the right questions in life, but is also OK with his insecurities. Having a good sense of humour is imperative.”

Sheryl split from fiance Lance Armstrong earlier this year and is reporteldy currently enjoying a secret relationship with an unnamed man - with differing sources claiming he’s either a film director or LA broker.
