Charlie Sheen and Denise RichardsJust when it looked like Charlie Sheen’s and Denise Richards‘ split/divorce was going to get nasty, everything suddenly settled down and now their legal representatives have issued a joint statement saying that “both parties have amicably resolved any outstanding issues on an interim basis”.

While the finalisation date for the divorce has not yet been agreed, Charlie’s restraining order - which forbid him from going within 300yeards of Denise and their two daughters - has not been renewed after expiring yesterday.

However, the couple still have to reach agreements about the custody of their children and about the property they jointly own…
