Gwyneth Paltrow gives up macrobiotics to breastfeed
Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed she throws her infamous macrobiotic diet out of the window when she’s breastfeeding.
Gwyneth breastfed her two year old daughter Apple and is repeating the experience with baby son Moses.
She told Harper’s Bazaar magazine: “I stay healthy by working out but not dieting, because I am a milk machine. I’ve got the appetite of a breastfeeding mother.”
The experience has been all jolly for Gwyneth though: she recently complained to friends about the breastfeeding being problematic and leaving her with “sore boobs”.
