Robbie Williams: actors need to get some perspective
Robbie Williams has revealed he thinks most Hollywood actors have an exaggerated view of their role in society.
He said recently: “They talk about acting as if it’s saving someone’s life, but it’s not rocket science - it’s just pretending to be someone else.”
He also has no time for depressing dramas: “I’m depressed enough so I don’t watch any depressing films. Schindler’s List, Brokeback Mountain, Saving Private Ryan -no thanks.”
“Take Million Dollar Baby she bites her own tongue off to kill herself at the end. If I’d have known that was going to happen, I wouldn’t have watched it. You don’t need that in your life.”

Totally agree with Robbie on all topics. On Madonna, she is awesome. she is intelligent, hard working, focused and driven. I admire all of that, but I wish she would have kept the sex on stage off of MTV and put it on late night TV. My daughter would come home from school and watch Madonna and other stars display too much skin on the screen. This was not a good role model for our girls at this age. all in all, Madonna is a good business woman first, to bring her talent up front. and center. Robbie, there are many talented women out there, don’t set your expectations so so high.
