Peaches Geldof is reportedly livid after her father banned her from DJing at her biggest gig to date.

Peaches was due to be the headlining DJ at the launch of a new club in London’s Leicester Square but dad Bob has knocked her plans on the head after he found out that she wouldn’t be taking to the stage until after midnight on a school night.

According to reports, she told the organisers: “It’s not like I bloody need school anyway. I could have been DJing until 1am and home in Kent by 1.45am.”

“I could have earned good money and made it to school. It’s just so infuriating.”

A source close to Peaches added: “Peaches feels Bob is being far too strict - but he is determined she doesn’t lose her way with her studies. He’s now threatening to ban her from DJing on all school nights.”

And it might not just be school nights: Peaches and DJ-accomplice FiFi Brown also recently had to pull out of a Friday-night residency at a members-only club in London because Peaches was “grounded”.
