Lindsay Lohan with mum Dina LohanIt’s been a bad week for Lindsay Lohan : before she broke her wrist in a fall, she was spotted having a public row with her mum, Dina Lohan.

According to the New York Post, Lindsay joined Dina and her friends at a Chinese restaurant in the Upper East Side of Manhattan to celebrate Dina’s birthday but after the first course arrived, the pair began to squabble.

Onlookers reported that the two exchanged insults and swore at each other until Lindsay stormed out, telling Dina to “go to hell” while Dina cried. Dina then was seen typing messages into her phone for 45 minutes before throwing fortune cookies at the waiters and crying again when her birthday cake was brought out.

Lindsay went onto a fashion week party for Calvin Klein and fellow partygoers reported she seemed upset about the argument - although not upset enough to stop her going onto club Bungalow 8 later that evening.
