Kylie Minogue: Olivier Martinez’s dog chewed my shoes to bits

Kylie Minogue has revealed that boyfriend Olivier Martinez’s other woman was “very important” to her during her recent treatment for breast cancer: the other woman being his dog Sheba.

While introducing the Scissor Sisters at their charity concert in Trafalgar Square on Saturday night, Kylie revealed Sheba wasn’t too happy when she moved into Olivier and Sheba’s Paris home but the two became fast friends: “At first Sheba was a little resistant to the idea of there being another woman in Olivier’s life.”

“There was an incident where she took a shoe from my wardrobe and chewed it to bits. But it was just a territorial thing, the kind of thing that happens when there are two women in a man’s life.”

“[But] she was very important during my treatment - there were many long hugs on the sofa.”
