Harry Potter’s Emma Watson: boys are intimidated by my fame

Harry Potter star Emma Watson has revealed that her fame is getting in the way of her love life.

The 16 year old revealed recently: “People say to me, ‘Oh it must be so easy for you - dating and boys. They must be lining up for you.’”

“It’s really not easy. It’s really not. I suppose guys are either kind of intimidated by me and have their defences up, or the like to take the p**s out of me. And I’m surrounded by cute older guys on set. That’s my problem.”

“I think, ‘Yeah, he’s good looking’ but he’s like 25! So that’s not happening.”

“It’s a minefield, to be honest. It’s stressful. I’ll just have to wait. Maybe someone will find me.”

hai emma i am dilip , u say that u are leaving the movie because of ur love life , I know that some one may be hurted u but always remember if someone loves u he must be ready to accept u in any case in any situations if he changes u and than accepts u than that is not love that will be a deal between u both and there is no deal in love dear. hi, i just wanted to say that if you do stop acting you will not only be hated but also crushed by the younger harry potter fans who look up to you and see you as a rolemodel. Dont leave Emma or you will ruin the whole movie/book image. When little kids read the book they dont imagine the hermione with bushy brown hair and weird teeth ! no they picture you. I think Emma will continue playing Hermione…. I mean, c’mon, Harry Potter books and movie will go down in history and she wouldn’t want to miss out on that one! I just wanted to say that I know how hard it is when you choose the right boy or guy because when you’re famous,rich,pretty,smart,or know someone that is a famous celebrity, its a big pain in the butt to decide if they really love you for who you are and not from your fame. Me, I started off with a normal life with normal friends that actually like me for ME! but starting when people found out that I was connected to a royal family in Japan, they automatically thought im rich when im really not. Boys started to ask me “Hey if you were my girlfriend would I be part of the royal family and get half of your family riches after I help rule?” Its like what the heck do these boys think, I then have to keep telling them that my family doesnt rule part of Japan anymore cause they stopped ruling many 100 years ago or even maybe thousands ago, but stll these people kept on bugging me, I hated stressing over it. Second, I was scouted many times in Japan to become a model for their company because I had long legs and was half Japanese and half American. After when people found out about the issue, people started telling me “Why don’t you do it or at least try it out cause you might get famous and I could be your personal best friend so people will think im famous too or so my other friends could be jealous of me being your freind!” I seriously snapped and told her to not use me and like me just because of that, also I didn’t even know half of the people that had asked me to be their freind before I was asked to be a model probably because they thought I was just plain and boring at start. But me, im not falling for it cause I know who are the real friends compared to the phonies. Third, just recently I had an audition at one of my schools called Evit and passed to become one of their models for the fashion merchandising cat walk show and its going to take place on April 26, 2007. Well the reason why I chose to do a school model show is because I thought it would be more safer than an actual studio where they put you on TV so everyone will know you, but i was wrong, even school models have problems to at school like whats happening to me now. First everyone knew me as the quiet gorgeous Asian girl as what they always said to me or they thought I was just a goody goody school girl, but now its all changed cause after I got the part for being a model in school, people started to point at me yelling or wispering “Oh its that model girl or its that hot asain chick that likes me!” I don’t even know these people and they start spreading rumors about me liking them or they have my phone number when they reslly are just faking it to look cool, but I hate it PERIOD cause it seems like im not a human anymore cause they treat me like im a life sized doll that have prices or with no feelings. Let me just tell you this, No matter what you do , who you are, or what you look like, no matter what happens, you’re stll going to be a normal human being like everyone else so please just try to listen to our desire of wanting to live normally and happily in peace, thank you!!! Also the other reason why I didnt take the modeling job in Japan was because of my true best friends and my boyfriend really meant alot to me and I did not want to leave them behind in Arizona cause I dont want to take a chance finding new best freinds when I already have one that treats me how I want to be treated. Good friends and true love can change your life postively cause they know what your heart truly desires. So I just want to shout out "Be real,be yourself,never give up on your dreams,and find good friends that can make you really think they understand you, cause when you do you will find yourself having a happier life and other people will start seeing you as a normal trust worthy person. Emma W. if somehow you read my comment which most likely not or wont happen, hopefully you understand that there are people out there that will truly unferstand how you feel and when you find that person, I garentee that you will start getting feelings in your stomach and heart that this someone is just the right person you are looking for.
