According to reports in Us Weekly, Kate Hudson is all set to file for divorce from husband Chris Robinson after just six weeks of formal separation.

The couple announced their separation last month with rumours circulating that Kate was already romantically involved with her You, Me and Dupree co-star Owen Wilson.

A source claiming to be a friend of the actress told “she is filing for divorce imminently. As soon as she files, it relieves a lot of the pressure of going out with Owen.”

Kate and Owen have been spotted together several times over the last few weeks, with the source adding: “she’s much more true to herself when she’s with Owen. Kate has never been happier.”
