The toxicology reports on Daniel Smith have confirmed that a combination of drugs led to cardiac dysrhymia which killed the 20 year old.

Cyril Wecht, the private pathologist hired for a second opinion on the cause of Daniel’s death, has told People magazine that two anti-depressants, Zoloft and Lexapro, were in Daniel’s system when he died along with methadone, used in the treatment of heroin addiction.

Daniel died in his mother Anna Nicole Smith’s hospital room after visiting his mum and new baby sister Dannielynne Hope.
