I agree, much of the dynamic of Doctor Who (2005-6) is the relationship and chemistry between Rose and the Doctor. When Christopher Eccleston left, we could more easily accept that cast change due to the nature of the series and the Doctor. But the difference between Drs 9& 10, and the ones that came before is that 9 & 10 showed a deep passion for an assistant, something not seen previously…it made the series about both of them not just about the Doctor. If that is the basis for the series in 2005-2006, without Rose, it becomes the old 1970’s & 1980’s series again…

hi all, i sent in to bbc/uk a story line for if ever there was a doctor who movie but know reply back if they like it i guess i will never get a reply back so
here is some of it anyway / ok the doctor needs help in time and the only one that can save and help the doctor is rose aka billie piper the doctor finds a way to call rose as she still has that super mobile phone with her he call’s her but now the only way she can help the doctor is she has to become a time load to do so.
ok she finds away to do so and gets all of the time lords powers and her very own tardis now she still has that other key that the 9th doctor gave her to hold.
ok this key open’s her tardis up and off she go’s to help save the doctor and the world and help out the doctor from time to time two.story line( the two doctor’s)
so now not only one doctor as we all no it to be there is two time lords now
and will make a good spin off for a girl doctor who etc, hope you all like it.

One of the things I noticed early on with the come back of Dr Who. Rose was special right off the bat (she is the “Bad Wolf”)

In the episode “Rose” everything was centered around her. The plastic could have been after her because of what she did in the future. Everything about her was changed when she became the “Bad Wolf”

In “Dalek” she revives the captive Dalek by misstake. Is this because she is special? Or was that just a chance encounter? if she is not special why was the Dalek so reluctant and unable to harm her?

In “Tooth and Claw” the werewolf says she “Shines like the sun.”
She was forever changed by the tardis. She is not just a normal human because of her actions she is different. She is not a “Proper Timelord” But she is not entirely human either.

This is just a quick run down there are more examples of hints that Rose is rather special. The way that I beleived it would work is real simple.

Like I said Rose is not just an ordinary human anymore. She is in a parallel universe where there would be a parallel Dr. So maybe the Dr had lost to “The Master” and now he has the Tardis. The loss of the Dr in the parallel universe would explain all the badies loose there. Rose has an encounter with “The Master” defeats him and takes up residence in the tardis.

Rose still is not a timelord. In her present condition she is just a special human. Maybe they could make her a proper timelord if something happend to her and suprise us all by having her regenerate into a proper time lord physical body. That would suck as it would remove Billie Piper from the role but we would still have rose in the story. We would adjust to the new gal playing our favorite companion.

I am not real sure how Rose would get back to the doctor but I am sure she would end up destroying the alternate universe tardis in the process.

I would say that I would write it where Rose shows up after Martha had met a most horrible end and the doctor is in such distress from the lose of Rose and now Martha. Lets just leave it at the doctor is in some serious healing.

Apparently a spokesman from the bbc has said there is no truth in the claim of a dr who movie, or of billie piper coming back. I wish she would though: I’m not too sure about the new assistant, and I really wanted to see Ten and Roses relationship develop, even if Ten has to explain to her he can’t fall in love cos she’ll die and he’d live on.

I agree as David Tennant and billie piper where very close at the end of doomsday i beleave the doctor will be missing rose so much
as the show go’s alone that in the end he makes his mind up to try to find away to get back to rose and on doing so will end his life, but he gets to say the words to rose that he did not get to say to her and that will make the doctor and rose happy to be back
with each other again before the new doctor takes over his body,rose will be sad to say good bye but happy to be back still with the new doctor and off they go again to save the world.

A time war movie would be great! As for getting Rose back, well, they’ve ripped whole universes apart once for the sake of plot so they can do it again, eh ^^? I find Billie’s alleged comment about wanting to be a female time lord interesting…but Davie’s comment about ‘doing it in a heartbeat’ even more so!
I think bringing her back some time someway is inevitable (even if it’s a few series down the road). In the meantime, I can’t wait to see what the Doctor gets into in series 3-4!

i liked what darren Sauer said but with a little twist as the dr is dying he tells rose all and they kiss at the same time as the dr changes there body mass gets twined together and they become one, and then left standing is rose as the new dr and they will always be togther in their minds

I was so upset when i heard that rose (billie) was leaving i cant believe she was going to go.there is no one who can play that part as good as her.With marther replacing her i dont think i will even watch it anymore or buy the dvd .by taking billie away i believe that they will loose alot of veiwers and custome.

hi all fans, the doctor has only 13 lives so here is a very big twist to the show that will come at the end of series 3 it is told that the doctor will find out he has a timelord child etc,(hint) maybe can it be the doctor got it on with rose in the tardis ? and he go’s back for her and to see his kid have to what and see .

p.s as time go’s by maybe the doctor’s timelords child will be an adult by the time he finds out and go’s back to say hi to him or her what will it be? and who gave birth to the doctor’s kid? will it be rose? or some other person?.

Dear god no!!! Billie Piper was awful and so was David Tennat. Should the Time War movie happen it should surely just be Paul McGann (Fantastic Doctor) and Christopher Eccleston ( second half of his series was brilliant- the only good thing that the new series has done- David Tennant ruined the show I love). Billie Piper should never step foot with the doctor again.

Well Martha’s not coming back for a second season and Billie Piper said that because of the way she left the TV show it would be possiable for her to come back.
Also the programs ratings have dropped since she left and they’re no longer winning all the awards like they did for the last two seasons.
So although there may not be a movie deal with her she still might come back to the show!
So all good news.. Freema (martha) has been axed and billie (rose) might be coming back! YEY

I hope rose does come back, if david tennant goes, i wont bother watching it, but if rose does come back i would like it to be with david tennant, i loved her, she is miles better than martha, i never did connect with her the same
