Liz HurleyLiz Hurley reportedly held up a ferry for 20 minutes recently because she didn’t want to give him a magnum of champagne she was drinking with friends.

The party had been at an event on Liberty Island in New York to celebrate the anniversary of the Statue of Liberty and Liz had taken the champagne and three glasses to drink on the boat ride back to Manhattan - not realising that drinking alcohol is not allowed onboard.

An onlooker revealed Liz was annoyed at having to give up what she calls “the best drink in the world” but eventually gave in, allowing the ferry to set off.

The onlooker added: “Everyone else graciously agreed to abide by the rules.”
