Despite talking about their marriage plans at the MOBOs less than three weeks ago, Millwall footballer Darren Byfield has reportedly moved out of the home he shares with Jamelia after rumours of his infidelity were reported in the press over the weekend.

A model, Jaclyn Evans, claims she has had a two month long affair with the footballer after he told her he’d already split from fiancee Jamelia. Evans told the News of the World: “When we got together at the start of August, Darren never stopped dumping on Jamelia. He said there were so many things he couldn’t stand about her … He told me Jamelia was rude and overbearing towards him, a controlling diva, and that he just couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of being with her any more.”

A source close to the couple told the Mirror: “Darren must be out of his mind because Jamelia is such a beautiful woman. He feels intimidated by her success and that she’s the main breadwinner.”

“He has no plans to marry her. He says it’s always Jamelia answering the questions about getting hitched.”

A spokesperson for Jamelia said: “No comment. Jamelia is not ready to talk.”
