Paris Hilton is taking out a restraining order against Shanna Moakler after their fight in the Hyde nightclub in Los Angeles last week.

Shanna allegedly yelled at Paris then punched her in the face, prompting Paris’s ex-boyfriend Stavros Niarchos to defend her. Shanna claims Stavros threw a drink in her face and then pushed her down some steps.

Paris told Star magazine that she’s seeking the restraining order because: “I’m scared of her. I feel like I have to do something to protect myself.”

“She threw a punch in my left jaw so hard.”

“Stavros never touched her. She was never touched by anyone.”
