It looks like Kate Moss might get her way with boyfriend Pete Doherty’s music career - he’s reportedly in talks with his former record label to be re-signed as a solo act.

Pete’s band, Babyshambles, were dropped by the record label Rough Trade in May and recently signed a deal to release an EP through EMI but it looks like Pete is now considering going back into the Rough Trade fold.

An inside source revealed: “Pete loves Babyshambles, but he loves Kate [more]. Deep down, he knows he has a better chance of staying clean if he goes solo.”

The source also added that Kate and Pete are planning to marry in the near future: “they’re madly in love and want to tie the knot at Christmas so they can start the New Year as man and wife.”
