Geri Halliwell has told the police that she believes she has a stalker after spotting a stranger following her on several occasions.

A police source told the Mirror: “Geri believes she has a stalker and is absolutely terrified. She has seen the same person following her several times and it is making her very jittery.”

“She was in a very agitated and anxious state and officers had to calm her down. As a new mum, it must be pretty frightening and she doesn’t want to leave anything to chance.”

“She is being ultracautious for the sake of baby Bluebell.”

The police interviewed the former Spice Girl for more than 30 minutes and have advised her on how to improve security at her North London home.
