Vince Vaughn is planning to sue the Sun, Daily Mirror and New York Post after they reported he was spotted kissing another woman last week after a supposed split from Jennifer Aniston.

A legal team acting on behalf of Vince in London issued a statement about the ‘other woman’ rumours: “Ms. Aniston and Mr. Vaughn had not ended their relationship either at the material time or since. … The suggestion that he was having a passionate embrace and kiss, or has ever been unfaithful to Ms. Aniston, are false.”

Meanwhile, Jennifer appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show recently and when asked “are you broken up?”, she replied smiling, “oh no, no.”

Despite being presumed to be together for around a year, neither Jennifer or Vince have officially confirmed their relationship yet - although in a roundabout way, their denials of a split of now the first confirmation that they’re together (or have ever been together) as a couple.
