Paul McCartney, terrified of losing custody of daughter Bea
Paul McCartney is reportedly “terrified” that the recent abuse claims made against him by wife Heather Mills may stop him getting joint custody of their daughter, Beatrice.
According to the Sun, Paul broken down in front of music industry executives during a recent meeting in Las Vegas.
A source told the newspaper: “Paul said he didn’t want to talk about the divorce. But as soon as someone tried to comfort him by saying they had been through the same sort of thing, he broke down in tears and said he was struggling.”
“He pulled photos of Beatrice from his wallet and was showing them to us. [He said] she’s all I have left - Beatrice is all I have. Without her and my other children I don’t know how I’d get through all this. I’m terrified that Heather will take her away from me.”
“This is clearly taking a huge toll on Paul. His biggest fear is that he’ll be painted in a bad light - and she’ll be taken from him.”

Paul, you must fight this. No time for being a gentleman right now. If you don’t fight this, a very sick woman will be looking after your daughter full time. And, Heather has already managed to mess up her and everyone else she associates with life nicely. Hopefully Bea can be saved from a life of devestation with Heather. If the courts for some sick reason make the wrong decision and give custody to Heather, the system would have failed, and it clearly would not be seen to protect the innocent. Hopefully the courts would not sink that low and there is something in place to protect your daughter. Heather is not fit to raise Bea. She is a compulsive pathological liar. She is sick and is bent on destroying Paul McCartney in order to get what she wants and that’s a hefty financial settlement. If the courts do not see that, then they are seriously flawed, and the justice system needs to be revised.
It is quite clear that Heather cannot be trusted, she is a liar, is abusive and is a gold digger. Anyone in their right minds can see that.
If the legal system can’t work in the child’s behalf to protect them from such an unstable mother, they are totally imorale.

Apparently Heather plans to go on live TV to discuss everything, either on the Larry King show, or with British anchorman Sir Trevor McDonald.
Heather Mills plans to “reveal all” about the allegations surrounding her bitter divorce battle from ex-Beatle Sir Paul McCartney during a live TV interview.
Mills, whose move echoes that of the late Diana, Princess of Wales when she was interviewed by Martin Bashir in 1995, will face intense one-on-one questioning from either American chat show host Larry King or British anchorman Sir Trevor McDonald.
However, a spokesperson for “Tonight With Trevor McDonald” refuses to confirm or deny the impending interview, although there have been rumors of an appearance by Mills since the high-profile couple split earlier this year.
The spokesperson says, “We cannot comment on or confirm this.
“We are the kind of show which does attract big interviews like this and there has been talk of her going on the show since the break-up happened in May.”
She is not stopping. She is one sick person.

Hey, get aload of this bit of news. It gets worse. If this goes to court Heather is finished. Here’s hoping it goes to court.
Heather Mills‘ latest claim, that Paul McCartney not only beat up her but beat his former wife Linda as well, has pushed the realms of believability, among even her supporters.
McCartney has lost control of his reputation for the first time in his long career.
It is a reputation he has protected and cultivated since his first days with the Beatles.
He has been very successful in portraying himself as an everyday Joe who just happened to write some of the world’s greatest music.
In an environment where celebrities very quickly wear thin, McCartney is still seen as one of the genuinely good guys more than 40 years later.
That is the first fact in his favour in this latest rash of pre-divorce publicity.
The other is the already sullied reputation of Mills.
It is well established in England that Mills is a woman who not only gets a little liberal with the truth, but downright invents it.
There are the small lies.
After falling out with McCartney’s daughter Stella, she claimed in an interview with New York magazine in 2002 that Stella had “issued a press release saying how much she likes her stepmother”.
Stella’s publicist Mesh Chibber said: “No. Stella never discusses her private life, so a press release would never have been released.”
Then there are big lies.
In her autobiography A Single Step, Mills claimed that she and a childhood friend, Margaret Ambler, had been kidnapped and held hostage by a pedophile swimming coach before being rescued by police.
Ms Ambler issued a writ stating the book included a “substantial amount of false and invented information”.
In fact, only Ms Ambler had been held hostage. Mills had simply pinched the story for herself — and paid for it when they later settled out of court.
Mills’ claim that McCartney used to beat up his former wife has been seen as the most reprehensible story yet told in the t*t-for-tat arguing between the pair.
Mills comes unstuck though, not through McCartney’s denial, but through the undying loyalty of his children, who adore him.
If McCartney had abused Linda their relationship would certainly not be what it is.
Still, Mills remains intent on torpedoing his reputation — if only people would believe her.
As a young model, Mills lusted after fame and it did not really matter how she got it.
When another woman, who also happened to be named Heather Mills, began covering social affairs for The Observer newspaper, Mills, to put it bluntly, simply stole her identity.
She told friends she had begun writing the column and even went for a job as a presenter for a new television show called, ironically, Clear My Name, based on the strength of that work.
She made the shortlist on the strength of being an impressive young woman with a healthy body of solid, real journalism.
At the final interview director Steve Haywood introduced himself and told Mills he was the partner of her friend, Moira Haynes.
Mills promptly winged it.
“It was an astonishing performance,” Haywood said.
“I have known people to embellish their CVs, but never encountered anyone pretending to be someone else.”
When Haywood returned home he castigated Haynes for not revealing her friend Heather had only one leg.
She didn’t, Moira said, and a series of phone calls exposed Mills’ astonishing lie.
There are dozens more lies, from claims her father abused her to claims of roughing it on the street after being kicked out of home.
She claimed fiance Chris Terrill — dumped after she met McCartney — was a gay MI6 agent out to wreck her campaign on landmines.
Terrill heard rumours he was dumped by Mills because he was gay.
“I then heard that she had inflated that into the idea I was an MI6 agent whose mission was to infiltrate her world and sabotage her anti-landmine work in order to protect the British arms industry,” Terrill said.
Even her much-publicised causes, which so entranced McCartney early on, remain dubious.
“She only became vegetarian after meeting Paul,” said former sister-in-law Dianna Karmal. “And her anti-fur stance is laughable — she used to wear her mum’s fur coat.
“She creates a persona for herself to fit the occasion.”
Karmal’s brother is Mills’ first husband Alfie Karmal.
He paid for therapy for Mills, he claimed, after she admitted being a compulsive liar.

My heart goes out to Paul. I have been a fan of his for many years and in all those years Paul was NEVER accused of abuse to Linda or anyone for that matter. Think about this: Linda would NEVER have stayed with Paul (whom she called her “knight in shining armor”, and “my hero”) if he beat her. Also if Heather was SO concerned about Paul’s drug/alcohol abuse (as she claims) would she have left her daughter in his care all the time (which it looks like she did)??? I am so angry right now. This is about ruining a man and his image so she can get as much money as she possibly can. Hang in there, Paul…your fans are with you…and so are your friends.

I think Paul McCartney is the finest example in today’s crazy world of “musicians”. He’s by far the single most talented writer/composer/singer of the 20th/21st century - and certainly is being smeared in every direction by Heather.
I, for one, am very sorry to know that he’s going through such a painful ordeal, and I wish that there was something I could say or do to comfort him, and remind him that there are literally MILLIONS AND MILLIONS of endearing fans that think the world of him - and wish him “all the best”.
Paul’s last album [Chaos and Creation in the Backyard] featured a wonderful song entitled: Too Much Rain. Paul’s lyrics are so true, and sincere - and I wish him the same comforts that are contained in this wonderful song that he wrote for others who are in painful situations in their life.
Personally, I think that Paul’s a wonderful person - and I would never believe one word of Heather’s accusations. This is obviously a love affair that’s gone very bad - and I’m praying that Paul will “Get Back” to happiness very, very soon. He certainly does deserve it.
He’s done so much for so many of us over the years. He’s enriched our lives in so many ways. I hope that everyone supports him 1,000% with their positive thoughts and prayers for a speedy resolution.

Paul.
Get ready to fight the biggest battle of your life, You’re being abused slandered & mainlined by that crazy women Heather Mills,
She’s a totally insane person& this can be proven , with her Past History, and a good psychiatric evaluation,
don’t you worry about what is uncovered as long as your life is concerned, we’re all human beings, and we’re all guilty at times specially when were young & foolish,of doing stupid things, That we regret, when we mature,
Keep in mind how very much everyone is worried that your daughter Beatrice ,will end up like Heather Mills , I think Heather Mills not only literally is insane, most likely suffers from many major mental illness,It appears that she can be a danger to herself or others, and she’ll destroy anyone who strands in the way of her warped thinking,
A delusional, pathological, liar. psychotic. sociopath is extremely dangerous, theses
people are sick, self destruct, but take down many with them along the way, unless permanently stopped,
I hope The English High Courts, will take this important matter into consideration, hope your Attorney is a smart and tough person, Heather should be put away in a mental hospital ,After being cross examined by your battery of lawyers,Hopefully she will be,
So stick to your guns & don’t give up, your resolve, Your family children grandchildren , I’m sure your friends ,it’s mot a crime to go for some type of help we all need it at some point in life,
Paul most people realize that you’re just an ordinary man and entertaining is not who you are ,but what you do , A Job like all of us doctors, Lawyers, Actors, bankers as in any business, It so happens that you were part of a famous group, you certainly worked as hard as anyone else, Why should you be targeted out for extortion, that’s what Heather should be found( is) guilty of, or so it should be proven in court, amongst her many other criminal acts ,For certain she’s an Unfit Mother, that’s an easy one to prove, bearing in mind her past record, immature juvenile ,criminal behavior,She respects no one, and she continues to slander & committing perjury,She is breaking many
Law’s,
were all human we’re all vulnerable, we all have problems, and deal with issues like everyone else,We all require love & human kindness & support, and respect,
Heather was a curse in your life & THE LIVES OF YOUR FAMILY,
As a world figure,in the entertainment field, the whole world is backing you, So Do What you have to do, to win custody of Beatrice,in order for her not to relive Heather’s sordid life!
We Love you, One of many,#1 fan

Heather doesn’t really want Bea, she just wants the money and power she’ll get by having her live with her. She’d probably just pawn Bea off on the trainer while she ran around and shopped.
The woman is very emotionally sick, desperate and dangerous. The law firm that represents her had better be careful, as should the judge that presides over the case, because if Heather doesn’t get what she wants out of the trial, she will spread filthy deranged evil lies about them. In fact, I would imagine she’s probably digging up some dirt about some of Paul’s lawyers right now. If she could pin evil on God to save herself, she would.
I feel sorry for that poor child Bea to have her as a mother. She doesn’t stand a chance with her. Here would be the scenario. Mommy, the kids are telling me you did bad things and stripped for a magazine for money. Heather: No dear, I provided medical health and care, spiritual love and marriage counselling to married couples. These children are just jealous because their mothers were not smart, pretty, interesting, or creativity enough to be able to do this. Ok mommy, I want to be just like you. I want to do the same thing because you did so much for people.
Mommy, the kids are saying you used to lie about who you were in order to make yourself look better to wealthy and influential men. Heather’s response, you filthy lying girl, are you beieving all of their lies about me, don’t you see that they are just jealous becuase of my looks, wealth. They didn’t want me to prevent landmines. It was the politicians who sent their spies who tried to stop me and they got to your dad. He’s no better than them. Your daddy beats you doesn’t he Bea. Bea’s response, no mommy, daddy’s nice to me. Mommy, mommy, what are you doing. Stop hitting me, stop hitting me. Ok, mommy, ok, yes, Daddy hits me, if that’s what I need to say so that you’ll stop hitting me, I’ll say that.

Heather’s lawfirm should be very careful. They are going to lose this case, but that will not be as damaging as the confidentiality of client information, how they treated the case, the information got leaked about Paul. This is going to be a firm that is associated with having a bad reputation. The only way they can save themselves now, is cut themselves loose from representing Heather Mills. There are going to be very serious investigations into the events and even more serious allegations about what went on. The entire law firm will get painted with the same brush. Their conduct, reputation is at stake. You see, anyone that attaches themselves to Heather Mills, is doomed. Like her, they won’t be able to stand on their own two legs. The lawfirm is going to have to fire someone. There is just too much at stake for them. They won’t just be losing this case, but everything they ever worked for, just by representing one woman. Bet they wish, like Paul that they’d never met her.

Susan,
There is a way that Paul McCartney is going to lose custody of his child.
The same way that 95% of divorced men lose custody.
Discrimination against men in family courts is far worse than most people can imagine.
Paul has already been damaged by the false allegations of abuse by Heather. The real pain, parental alienation by court order, is suffered by millions of men worldwide - and their children.
The only difference between McCartney and those millions is he has the finances to fight it.

One of the most stressful life events any male can go through, is the imposed rules of child custody. When everything that you believe in is turned upside down, and all common sense or even basic laws of evidence are turned into a witch hunt. You can only throw up your hands and weep in that lonely despair that most fathers have to go through. As all ideological conditons are imposed by the ruthless, the selfish, the greedy, and with the dysfunctional powerlust against those who are least able to defend themselves.
I do hope with all my heart that you do not have to walk the path that many fathers have been forced to take, and bless those men one and all. I do however hope that irrespective of the outcome you may be able to show somehow, the total inhumanity of the legal profession and its politics. That it cannot ever be in the best interests of the child, that one half of a childs family and future is taken away from them. Just for an misguided ideology that makes money, employment, and for government and a judicial class of workers who rely on state welfare.
In America a million families a year are divorced, and 60% of those children of divorce ended up with little or no contact with their natural father, it is not that they are abandoned, it is simply that most fathers cannot even afford to maintain a draconian regime of visiting their own children. Even showing simple things like love, can at the whim of a bureaucrat or the former spouse made to be any form of abuse they choose. I personally know of one thing, I never divorced my children. Please take the high ground as you pursue this legal affront to justice, and as all things that are self evident, ‘the truth shall set you free’.

Heather is trying to silence the media. It seems it is all about having it on her terms. She can dish out and say whatever she pleases, but no one can defend themselves or make any statements to toss back at her.
On the matter of custody, Paul needs all the help he can get. Laws are easy for women, they’re more forgiving, no matter what they’ve done. Heather must be aware of this. However, her past is just too shady, sick, perverse, full of lies, deceipt, scandel, sex, for the courts not to look at her as an unfit parent. However, Paul will need a lot of ammunition, in other words people not afradi to come forward rock the boat and say the truth. That may include Heather’s ex husband, his family, her father, her ex boyfriends, the men she had sex with in her call girl days, etc, the woman who’s identity Heather stole, etc, etc, etc.

Paul,
You go and give it all you can, how ironic , I was surfing the net & came upon the article where the lovely Miss Heather Mills, is spokes person for the fur trade & the land mines,
Paul I thing you stepped on a curse, when you married Heather, In any case what’s done is done, We’re all human & we all make mistakes,
you go in there & fight for your daughter, She can’t possibly be raised by this crazed lunatic, She is a sick, sick women, she really should be on a 24 hour watch as she is taking care of that beautiful little girl,I would worry, I would not trust her,
I really think that with all the evidence and her past history, of pathological lying, obviously very paranoid, and extremely delusional, she displays many symptoms of mental illness,Have you checked her family medical History, that’s important,
Heather will not get full custody of this child, God only knows what she is capable of, she sure showed her true colors,
you must not give in, or give up, this is the fight of your life,
You have such a great support system in your children & grandchildren, and everyone that loves you, friends family and millions of fans, you’ve got to show resolve & tenacity, NOW…..Good Luck & God Bless……. Sweet Paul

I see, Heather is suiing the newspapers for leaking info about her, and making false claims, while every filthy lie she has spread and leaked in the media about Paul is Ok. Get a grip Heather. You won’t be able to stop the world. You’re in the wrong here. I absolutely love the fact that Kate Moss just accused you of being a liar and that The Sun is not backing down to your threats to go after them legally. They don’t fear your threats, abuse. They know their claims are truthful and honest and stand by them. You are one sick woman. Go media go!

By the way, it is interesting to note that Pauls divorce information got leaked by a woman right around the corner from your law firm. Heather, who did you pay to do this. No one believes you. We all see through you, and please don’t compare yourself to the late Princess Diana, or other royalty. Peope aren’t against you because of your relationship with Paul, they’re against you because of the evil, sick, self centered, selfish things you do. Now get back to your porno past, find someone else to impersonate, marry some other rich guy and try and take him to the cleaners, sell your body to the highest bidder, keep on chugging out those lies, fabricate some other story about being kidnapped, abused by your father, and go back to stealing clothes, or whatever else it is you steal. You do like to take things that are not yours. We’ll be watching for you and calling you up on every lie you speak.

GOD knows what Linda McCartney would have made of the woman who temporarily replaced her.
An attention-seeking fantasist? A money-grabbing opportunist?
One thing is certain, Linda would have reacted with fury to the allegation that she was a victim of violence.
She might even have blamed herself for Paul’s marriage to Heather Mills. A man who is widowed after a long and happy marriage is easy prey for women like Heather. Like Paul, they desperately want to recreate what they had with someone new.
Those who have been unhappily married are more likely to have the wisdom to take their time over choosing a new partner.

Heather asked for this now she’s getting back all that she deserves. Nothing less.
So Heather, you liked to play hardball, but don’t like to be on first base to catch those balls. Too bad. It works for you as long as you’re dishing this junk out. You seem to think you can just rip people off and face no consequences. Wrong again Heather. It’s all coming back to bite you and rightfully so.

Heather is becoming Uglier Everyday
Keep in mind that Beauty on the outside is just,a matter of youth, which generally comes, from, within,& as people mature they simply become more beautiful, due their maturity,Life’s journey, wisdom, charity ,kindness & Love for people & oneself,
Heather is very sick self loathing, & ugly both on the inside & out, as we see her heartless cold soul, unraveling,in her wicked behavior,She is the ugliest deranged monster, that is walking on the face of the earth, after what she’s pulling, not only on Paul But the rest of the world, She in her mind has so ,distorted life, she actually thinks people don’t see through her,
as far, custody of her daughter, pardon the pun,she doesn’t have a leg to stand on,She requires a great deal of psychiatric help,She despises herself contrary to what she projects, therefore I wouldn’t trust her with taking loving care of her beautiful kittle Bea.Paul should definitely be awarded complete custodial rights,With supervised visitation from her Mother, A child needs a Mother,Who knows she might just learn to Love herself, than she can truly Love others, including her child, until than she’s detached, no real attachment to people, her only desperate connection, is Money & Material possessions, nothing means anything to her,
May God have mercy on her Soul
