Anna Nicole Smith reportedly has no intention of allowing her six week old daughter Dannielynn to be DNA tested to resolve the outstanding paternity claim made by her ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead.

Birkhead claims he is the father of the baby girl but was denied a court order to force Anna Nicole to return to California with Dannielynn for immediate testing.

Without the court order, Anna Nicole’s attorney Wayne Monroe has now said that Anna Nicole will not subject her daughter to the tests. Monroe told the Associated Press: “Why should she accommodate him at all? I don’t think she’s going to run her life according to his wishes.”

Anna Nicole’s partner, Howard K Stern, has claimed that he is the real father of the child and it is his name that appears on the birth certificate.
