Paul McCartney to fight abuse allegations in court rather than settle
Despite previously wanting to keep it all out of the public eye, Paul McCartney is now reportedly planning to challenge Heather Mills‘ alleged accusations of abuse in court rather than agree to a £100million private divorce settlement.
Papers supposedly detailing Paul’s physical and verbal abuse of Heather were leaked to the press last week and yesterday it was revealed that Heather reportedly has audio and video tape of the incidents, but an inside source has now told the Mirror: “Heather appears to have forgotten Paul has ammunition of his own.”
“There is a lot more he could say about their marriage which would reflect terribly on her.”
“He knows she will get taken apart in court and be exposed for the fantasist she is. His lawyers will crucify her. They will destroy her web of deceit.”
“He hoped the divorce could be settled amicably for the sake of daughter Bea. But Heather has no intention of going quietly. However, she seems to have underestimated Paul.”

I would imagine Paul wishes he had never met Heather. She is not someone to be proud of. I feel sorry for Bea to have such a mother. She is totally unfit. As a liar, fantasist, ex porn star, abusive wife, a gold digger, a person who took on someone elses identity to further herself, what example does she set to her daughter. Heather is one very troubled woman and she will destroy Bea. Paul must do what he can to protect his daughter from the influence of a mother like Heather.
Sorry, how many people could honestly admit they would want Heather Mills as their mother? Can you imagine what she would do to anyone, child or otherwise who crossed her path? If Bea does get child support, you know she’s not going to see a penny of that money. That will all go to Heather, a woman who simply cannot be trusted.
Shame on Heather, and shame on the legal system if they award custody to Heather. It would be a total disgrace. The world is watching.

This is a total disgrace. The fact that the documents got leaked by Heather’s team are disgusting. Very bad law firm.

The following is the best information so far on Heather:
from PAUL Kent:
recent article on the lies of Heather Mills….it gets worse:
Heather Mills’ latest claim, that Paul McCartney not only beat up her but beat his former wife Linda as well, has pushed the realms of believability, among even her supporters.
McCartney has lost control of his reputation for the first time in his long career.
It is a reputation he has protected and cultivated since his first days with the Beatles.
He has been very successful in portraying himself as an everyday Joe who just happened to write some of the world’s greatest music.
In an environment where celebrities very quickly wear thin, McCartney is still seen as one of the genuinely good guys more than 40 years later.
That is the first fact in his favour in this latest rash of pre-divorce publicity.
The other is the already sullied reputation of Mills.
It is well established in England that Mills is a woman who not only gets a little liberal with the truth, but downright invents it.
There are the small lies.
After falling out with McCartney’s daughter Stella, she claimed in an interview with New York magazine in 2002 that Stella had “issued a press release saying how much she likes her stepmother”.
Stella’s publicist Mesh Chibber said: “No. Stella never discusses her private life, so a press release would never have been released.”
Then there are big lies.
In her autobiography A Single Step, Mills claimed that she and a childhood friend, Margaret Ambler, had been kidnapped and held hostage by a pedophile swimming coach before being rescued by police.
Ms Ambler issued a writ stating the book included a “substantial amount of false and invented information”.
In fact, only Ms Ambler had been held hostage. Mills had simply pinched the story for herself — and paid for it when they later settled out of court.
Mills’ claim that McCartney used to beat up his former wife has been seen as the most reprehensible story yet told in the t*t-for-tat arguing between the pair.
Mills comes unstuck though, not through McCartney’s denial, but through the undying loyalty of his children, who adore him.
If McCartney had abused Linda their relationship would certainly not be what it is.
Still, Mills remains intent on torpedoing his reputation — if only people would believe her.
As a young model, Mills lusted after fame and it did not really matter how she got it.
When another woman, who also happened to be named Heather Mills, began covering social affairs for The Observer newspaper, Mills, to put it bluntly, simply stole her identity.
She told friends she had begun writing the column and even went for a job as a presenter for a new television show called, ironically, Clear My Name, based on the strength of that work.
She made the shortlist on the strength of being an impressive young woman with a healthy body of solid, real journalism.
At the final interview director Steve Haywood introduced himself and told Mills he was the partner of her friend, Moira Haynes.
Mills promptly winged it.
“It was an astonishing performance,” Haywood said.
“I have known people to embellish their CVs, but never encountered anyone pretending to be someone else.”
When Haywood returned home he castigated Haynes for not revealing her friend Heather had only one leg.
She didn’t, Moira said, and a series of phone calls exposed Mills’ astonishing lie.
There are dozens more lies, from claims her father abused her to claims of roughing it on the street after being kicked out of home.
She claimed fiance Chris Terrill — dumped after she met McCartney — was a gay MI6 agent out to wreck her campaign on landmines.
Terrill heard rumours he was dumped by Mills because he was gay.
“I then heard that she had inflated that into the idea I was an MI6 agent whose mission was to infiltrate her world and sabotage her anti-landmine work in order to protect the British arms industry,” Terrill said.
Even her much-publicised causes, which so entranced McCartney early on, remain dubious.
“She only became vegetarian after meeting Paul,” said former sister-in-law Dianna Karmal. “And her anti-fur stance is laughable — she used to wear her mum’s fur coat.
“She creates a persona for herself to fit the occasion.”
Karmal’s brother is Mills’ first husband Alfie Karmal.
He paid for therapy for Mills, he claimed, after she admitted being a compulsive liar.

Using terms such as ‘fantasist’ and ‘compulsive liar’ guarantee that the person being accused of possessing these traits has no credibility to begin with. These are the tactics being used by Pot Puffing Paul’s legal heavies. Create a press frenzy and label her a Walter Mitty and no one will believe her. Is this what being ‘Beatled’ means Paul? Also, draft in a posse of celebs like fasion car crash Rod Stewart and that excellent judge of character Kate Moss and you have a media circus in the making. On the band wagon is also, Carole Malone, Richard & Judy and loads of other Z list celebs. THese people are backing Macca because he has dosh and clout and it’s always better to stick with the loaded majority. After all, Moss is usually loaded most of the time anyway - so she’ll go down a storm in court.

Jay,
what the Hell are you smoking,if you’re not than perhaps you should, you seem to be uniformed about the reality of Heather Mills,
You appear to be intelligent, stop for a minute , and think would you have liked a w***e like that for a mother, it’s not like she had to support her small3m children to make money in this fashion,
or better still how would of liked if your father brought home someone of her low class,
she’s been exposed to be a psychopath, a liar, a thief,
she’ll step on anyone who will stand in her way,
I ask you ,what wonderful qualities does she posses ,
that any person would find redeeming, If you don’t like Pail that’s one thing, but she’s manipulating cunning deceitful ,hateful s**t,she’s MAD like a rabid dog,She is not fit to be a mother &after extorting & blackmailing Paul McCartney,
so you sound like a bitter jealous person yourself,
totally immature, wait till life bites you in the A*S,
from someone who had the misfortune to be involved with her ,At a animal rights, event, she’s DISGUSTING…………….We do not want her here in the USA

I’m sorry Jay, but my guess is that you must be about 17 or less, or retarded right? Because otherwise you have NO excuse for siding with that lying, creepy, devious person who Paul McCartney was unfortunately seduced by.
The bed pan c**p was the thing that rammed it home for me. Just because she’s lost a leg shouldn’t stop her from living decently. With all their money, why would she not have a wheelchair or crutches to get to the bathroom? I have both, because let me tell you, I would not tolerate having a steaming pot full of whatever under my bed, and neither should she.
I would rather have died from shame rather than to expect my husband to tolerate something like that. I suspect all this c**p about bed-pans is just a diversion and an attempt to get sympathy for another purpose. Money????
As for Paul McCartney, I’ve been a fan of his for 40 years and feel like I know him so well because with 40 years of reading about him in interviews, seeing him in news reports etc and so forth, not once has there been a word about his so called “violent” tendencies. I would have thought that something that noteworthy should have come up long before now.
Yet all I’ve seen is a devoted husband, a loving wife, loving children, a beautiful family, a broken hearted man when his wife died, and consequently a vulnerability that enabled him to be preyed opon.
I am more inclined to think that some b*****d is lying and guess who’s name pops up? Heather Mills has only been around a short time.
Sure, she’s lost a leg, but an amputation doesn’t give her permission to have no morals or decent values or to try to use blackmail on him by using public opinion to shame him. I’ve had polio and have a paralysed leg, but I’ve managed to marry, have 3 children, work full time for 30 years, live a decent and full life and everything I have I earned. I haven’t tried to blackmail what I have out of anyone just because I think I can prey on people’s pity.
Oh well, now that she’s shown how stupid, low and immature she is by opening her huge gob there’s no going back. The only one she’s hurting is herself.
She’s dead in the eyes of decent people. End of life as she knows it.

Well looks as though we’re going to get her in the US of A., if Jerry Springer the genius who paid a prostitute with a check(!) is to be believed. Maybe that’s why he made the announcement she’ll be on ‘ Dancing With the Stars.’ Called her a ‘ ” sentimental favorite,’ “. Maybe HIS sentimental favorite for obvious reasons. So dance Heather DANCE! At least this will give Paul a respite from a narcistic sociopath.Just take that sister of yours, along with Ben of course, with you and leave Paul with some semblance of peace and quiet in his life.

Where did all this St Paul stuff come from? This is a man who DID sometimes beat Linda (I didn’t hear that from Heather I could have told you that as far back as 1975)As indeed could Linda if she was still with us. Remember Paul’s background was pretty rough and small c conservative. Beating the wife was regarded as normal. This is a man who in common with many 60′d rockstars had sex with very obviously underage groupies. Paul will admit this privately with, to be fair an amount of shame. This is also the co-author of the notorious unreleased version of ‘Get Back’ dedicated to deporting ‘pakis’. How much plainer can I make it he used to be a pedophile, he used to be a wife beater, he used to be a racist. He also used to eat meat but he gave that up.
Despite this he’s not a bad guy (believe it or not). But get a grip his normal guy image is phony, he’s as flawed if not more so than the rest of us. Great songwriter -yes, good guy-yes but saint -puh-leese! C’mon how normal would any of you be if you’d been in the Beatles?
To be honest when I heard he and Heather had got together I thought semi-jokingly well there’s two ruthless b******s that deserve each other. It never entered my head to feel sorry for Paul. The only person I feel sorry for in this is Bea. I don’t know Heather at all except hat I’ve read in the press. As for Stella if she’s as bad now as she was as a child then I think Heather might be right about this if nothing else.
I’d also be careful about taking the word of Paul’s set as gospel -most of his real friends are on the payroll. They’re hardly unbiased, though they are chemically enhanced at someones expense.
I’m not supporting Heather I don’t know her, I do know Paul from way back, I knew Linda and the kids and I still know a few folk that work for Paul. From what I’ve read none of you are even as remotely known to the people involved as I am, I just wish I shared your confidence that every single word you read in the papers is true. Unlike you I’m old enough to remember reading that Paul was dead!
You may now all accuse me of being a juvenile pot-smoking, delusional sixty four year old. I don’t care I’ll simply enjoy the irony even if you can’t.
