Nadine CoyleNadine Coyle has revealed her strategy for seeming cool when she meets big stars after being starstruck into silence when meeting Tom Jones early in Girls Aloud’s career.

She revealed recently: “All the time I get moments where I am just amazed by who I’m talking to. I’ve never really been star struck bar Tom Jones - I was totally awestruck, I couldn’t even speak. He was one of the first famous people I met.”

“Then you realise people are normal whatever they do. But it is impressive if someone walks in and you’ve watched them your whole life, like John Travolta. You can’t not be impressed by that.”

“I’m a big fan but I’m just a bit better at covering it up now - I don’t giggle - I just act as normal as I can then scream when I get outside.”
