Currently hospitalised Anna Nicole Smith has given her first television interview since the death of her son Daniel nearly two months ago.

Daniel died after taking a lethal combination of drugs while visiting his mother and newborn baby sister in hospital in Nassau, in the Bahamas, on the 10th September.

Speaking of Daniel’s death, she wept as she told Entertainment Tonight: “I don’t understand why God took him and didn’t take me.”

“If I didn’t have [partner Howard Stern], or my baby, I wouldn’t be here.”

She also commented that new daughter Dannielynn “looks like Daniel”.

Anna Nicole is also currently suing her ex-boyfriend, property developer G. Ben Thompson over the ownership of her home in the Bahamas. Thompson is claiming that Anna Nicole has yet to pay him any money for the residence after he offered her the house on credit but her attorney, Wayne Munroe, claims Anna Nicole has a signed deed proving the house belongs to her and that she bought it outright from two men, neither of whom is Thompson.

Munroe told People magazine: “[Thompson] is going around claiming that the house is his. So we have sued him in the Bahamas Supreme Court for declaration that he is wrong.”

Thompson countered by saying: “I won’t take it lightly. I’m certainly not going to roll over.”

The property is estimated to be worth around $1million and was used as the basis for Anna Nicole’s claim for residency in the country.
