Anna Nicole Smith told friend she “would never” sleep with Howard Stern

A former friend of Anna Nicole Smith’s has filed a sworn declaration that Anna Nicole told her that, by the process of elimination, Larry Birkhead must be the father of Anna Nicole’s daughter, Dannielynn.

In the formal declaration filed at Los Angeles County Superior Court yesterday, Laurie Payne confirmed that Anna Nicole had told her she only had sex with two people around the time conception and that one of them “cant do what has been done“. According to Laurie, it was the second time that Anna Nicole had been pregnant by Larry; the first baby miscarrying in the first three months.

Laurie, who met Anna Nicole in July last year, also asked about Anna Nicole’s relationship with Howard Stern, who Anna Nicole is claiming is the father of the baby: “I asked her why she did not just go into a relationship with Stern, to which (Anna Nicole) responded, ‘EWWW…GROSS!!! No way!! I would never!’”

Laurie also noted an argument between Howard and Anna Nicole’s now deceased son, Daniel that took place at Christmas time last year: Howard was mocking Daniel “about being a 19-year-old virgin: “….Daniel looked at Stern and stated, ‘I don’t know why you’re worried about me, you’ve been around my mother for 12 years and haven’t had any p*ssy either’.”

In addition, Laurie alleges that she “personally observed” Anna Nicole taking “a rather high dose of Xanax” and pills from a bottle labeled “Methadone” during her pregnancy and included an email where Anna Nicole claimed she was short of money: “I cant work now so im pretty much f….d for a bit!…..sure counting on the court to give me my money….cause all I want to do is move from this house and get a better one and just star[t] over!….and to boot Ive gained 30 pounds im horrified!”

Larry Birkhead has filed a law suit claiming paternity of the child and also alleged that Anna Nicole used drugs but the court refused to order Anna Nicole to return to California with her daughter for DNA testing.

this comment is for ms. anna nicole smith. my heart felt loves goes out to you and to your baby for the loss of your darling son. it is hard loing a child whether small or grown. my son was so sick that i didn’t think that he was going to make it. i was so sad that all i could do was pray and cry. i was out of my mind in a bad way, but i had to continue to keep on struggling for the sakes of him. he was scared and i was trying to hide it from him. i would cry at night when he was asleep. i would find him unconscious, he wasn’t able to walk and i had resently had a hip replacement. in other words i had to help him get to the bathroom. it was hard and sad. he is doing so much better and i thank god for the chance to be able to hold him and talk with everyday. it is sad when a mother have to bury a child. hang in there. i will help you try to get over this as much as possible. this way it is also helping me to keep strong. the feeling that we have is because we are mothers, and loving mothers at that. please write to me maybe i can be comfort to you. i pray that i can. you haven’t done anything wrong. love the baby as much as possible. love, hugs and kisses to you and to the baby. god bless.

what on earth has she done right. Ms. Agnes? Are you also on drugs??? She married an old fart, albeit an old billionaire fart..the only purpose was to gain access to his dough… she has numerous sex partners.. she lives in a house that isn’t hers? She denied allowing her dead sons Grandmother to attend the funeral.. although that same Grandmother raised that boy until he was 9.
I am sorry about your trials, but WE ALL HAVE SUFFERED on this earth, Like she is going to email you. Yhea, when pigs fly. Speaking of pigs….. when Anna Nicole gets deported back to Cali and her baby is taken away from her, and she has no where else to go, because no time soon will her money be coming in from good old Marshall’s estate///maybe she can come live with you because God knows Howard can’t financially take care of her.
Do you really believe that Anna actually is reading your letter as she is in the hospital.. laying around with her laptop???? Get a grip. I have lost a child and at NO time would I ever allow a photo being taken at the service let alone allow the world to see it. When was the last time you were at a funeral and saw anyone take photographs of the suffering and pain. Again, get a grip…. the only letter you are going to get would be this one from me. Aloha!

That was a nice letter that Ms. Jackson-Taylor wrote to Anna. Who is anyone to suppose that the comment won’t find its way to Anna Nicole’s hospital room? You never know. Seems the damning, hateful letters are rampant on the internet whereas kind, sympathetic ones are like finding rubies in the sand.

I hope Anna does find the letter from Jackson-Taylor and I hope it makes her smile; she could probably use more opportunities to smile and to laugh again.

I was so shocked when I heard of her death. It’s really sad. I don’t agree with her lifestyle, but still, so sad. I actually shed a few tears. I know she’s dead and she can’t feel pain, but I just thought about everything that happened to her over the past few months. Having a baby, only to lose her son a few days later. How sad.
