Nicole RichieNicole Richie reportedly checked herself out of her medical treatment clinic just days after arriving there because she wanted to go shopping.

While constantly denying an eating disorder, Nicole checked herself into the Beau Monde centre last Thursday to undergo diagnostic medical tests to find out why she is unable to gain weight.

According to a source quoted in Star magazine, she checked herself out again on Saturday because “she said she wanted to go shopping.”

Nicole then reportedly went to Hyde nightclub on Saturday evening with friend Lindsay Lohan and collapsed at the venue in the early hours of Sunday morning, having to be carried out of the club by friends.

The source continued: “Nicole is in complete denial and oblivious to how sick she really is. The staff begged her to stay but she wouldn’t listen and left.”
