Paul McCartney tries to keep “a certain dignity” through divorce
Paul McCartney has said he would like to get through his divorce from Heather Mills with “a certain dignity”, despite various allegations made against him.
In an interview for BBC Radio 4, he said: “I think when you’re going through difficulties, the thing to do for the sake of all the people concerned is to keep a certain dignity and remember that it is a private affair, and that way you’ll probably get through it better.”
“You’ll put less noses out of joint, and I think it’s a more dignified way to go about it, so that’s what I try to do.”
“I don’t hold grudges against anyone, I don’t blame anyone for the sadnesses that have happened to me. I’m sad about them because it would stupid to be otherwise. But I think life goes on, and it is what you make of it, so I am pretty optimistic.”
Do you think Katie Price's marriage to Alex Reid will last?
