  • Scarlett Johansson has confirmed last month’s rumours that she’s recording an album of Tom Waits songs, to be called simply ‘Scarlett sings Tom Waits’. She has confirmed that the album is being recorded around her busy filming schedule and added: “It’s coming along. There is no rush to get it out there. We’re taking our time - doing a week here and week there. I just love his music.” And if she didn’t have enough songs to choose from in Tom’s back catalogue, he’s releasing a new 3-cd album this month.
  • Elle Macpherson is rumoured to be dating British reality TV star Ray Fearon after the two were spotted dining together in London on Friday night. An onlooker revealed the model and the Strictly Come Dancing contestant “were having a wonderful time. Ray was making Elle laugh and she looked like she didn’t want the evening to end.”
  • Rod Stewart has revealed he has no problem with his daughter Kimberly Stewart having a boob job - in fact, he thinks it’s a good think. In a Joe Simpson-esque comment, he said recently: “One of my daughters was a bit flat-chested so she had implants. She’s got a lovely pair now. Nothing wrong with it, I reckon, if it does wonders for a girl’s confidence.”
