Britney Spears files for divorce from Kevin Federline
Britney Spears has reportedly filed from divorce from husband of just over two years, Kevin Federline.
Papers were filed today at the Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing “irreconcilable differences”.
According to the document, Britney will retain full legal and physical custody of the couple’s two sons, one year old Sean and two month old Jayden, with Kevin being allowed visitation rights to them.
The allocation of the couple’s assets and property is still to “be determined”.
The couple have been dogged by rumours of relationship problems since they married in September 2004 but have repeatedly denied the allegations.
