Kevin Federline to fight for full custody of kids and support money
As suspected, Kevin Federline is challenging estranged wife Britney Spears for custody of their two children together, Sean and Jayden.
In the divorce papers filed on Tuesday, Britney requested that she be granted full legal and physical custody of the boys but in his response to the divorce petition filed yesterday, Kevin has stated that he wants full custody with Britney only being given visitation rights to the toddlers.
He has also asked the court that Britney should pay all his legal fees for the divorce case and to pay him ongoing alimony.
His lawyer Mark Kaplan said regarding the response: “The pleading is responsive to the petition hurriedly filed by Britney Spears yesterday, which may have been a pre-emptive strike in anticipation by her of the filing by Kevin seeking sole custody of the children.”
“Kevin is prepared to go the distance in order to do what he feels is necessary to protect and safeguard the children and will not be intimidated or dissuaded from pursuit of those goals.”

If federline won custody of Brittney`s 2 children, who would raise them?. He`d probably drop the kids off at his first girlfriend`s house Shar Jackson, who already has 2 of his kids. Shar can raise 4 kids instead of 2 , while he parties in Vegas.

What Kevin wants is not full custody of the kids. He wants full custody of Brit’s money. What a loser!!! Is he really delusional to think that a judge would actually let him raise the kids. He has such an incredible track record. Hopefully, Brit can buy him off and we don’t have to see his face anymore.

I think that Kevin Federline is such a slime bucket who absolutely took advantage of Brittany. Brittany worked since she was very young, and had a mother who pushed her, continuallly. I also think that Brittany supported the whole family. She never had a break. Then she meets the prize, Kevin Federline, who has never worked, and he must have swept her off her feet. He may have a beautiful wardrobe because of Brittany, but he still is the same slime bucket and parasite he probably has always been. I think he doesn’t want this children, I just think he wants MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
