Victoria Beckham regrets son’s epilepsy revelation
Victoria Beckham is reportedly regretting telling the paparazzi that her son Romeo has epilepsy.
Victoria told photographers about his condition to protect him from their flashes when the family arrived at Heathrow airport last month.
A source told the Daily Express: “Victoria has been punishing herself ever since she revealed his illness and has been tearful. Not only has she inadvertently made her son’s condition worldwide news, but she thinks he’ll never escape the ‘epileptic’ tag.”
The source added that Victoria told husband David Beckham: “You managed to keep it secret and I should have too. Why did I say it?”
Most of the major paparazzi agencies have pledged not to take flash photos of the child in the future to prevent possibly inducing a seizure in the five year old.

NOVEMBER is Epilepsy Awarness month!!!!
The fact that people hide Epilepsy is the reason that there is such a stigma attached to it today! Please, please, please educate yourself about this disease and share your newfound information with others.
Teach your children about their disease and to not be ashamed of it be it diabeties, cancer, asthma, or Epilepsy. Education is the key to making their world a better place to grow up in !
With kids at school if they are prepared about the subject then when someone does have a seizure it’s not such a big deal because they KNOW what it is and how to help!!!
Epilepsy is what they HAVE and not WHO they are!!!!
Mrs. Victoria Beckham has a wonderful chance to turn this around and educate others about Epilepsy….please visit http://www. efa.org for more info!

totally agree, my son has severe asthma & we always encourage him to discuss it.
I don’t understand why Victoria wants to hide the fact, what’s the big deal?

Well said Tracy.
Instead of regretting and no doubt wondering how it could have ‘ever’ happened to them, being the celebutards that they are. Why not use it to educate the masses. After all, Romeo won’t want to be pushed around in a buggy all his life, and he may have a seizure out in public and have to depend on the kindness of strangers - these strangers need to know what’s happening insted of jumping to wrong conclusions, as is reported so many times.

Agree with you, the only thing I’m worried about is that VB seems to use anything about her family to her advantage to gain publicity - I know it sounds bad, but I’m just waiting for her to use this as another excuse to get the sympathy vote from the public.
There’s nothing shameful about having epilepsy, lots of children have it, but they’re lucky enough to have mums who keep their children out of the public eye. I do feel sorry for Romeo because of his epilepsy, but because his life must be so much more complicated than other children, caused by the life his parents have chose to live.
