Victoria and David Beckham are reportedly quarrelling about the future of David’s career after he’s been unwilling to agree to a new contract with his current football team, Real Madrid.

The couple moved their family to Spain in 2003 after David transferred from Manchester United and while Victoria didn’t want to move away from England at the time, she has now settled into life in Madrid and their older children are enrolled in a local school over there.

A source told Grazia magazine recently: “Victoria has tried everything to persuade David to make another go of things at Real Madrid, train hard and get back in favour, but he’s desperate to move back to England.”

“He has told Victoria their time in Madrid is up, and that he wants to go back to the place he knows best.”

“Victoria keeps telling him how ironic is it because she didn’t want to go to Madrid in the first place, and now it’s her who wants to stay. She’s happy in Madrid now and doesn’t want to leave the Spanish lifestyle.”
