John Mayer’s spokesperson has denied rumours that John spending the Thanksgiving weekend with Jessica Simpson’s family after the two were spotted together at Los Angeles International Airport yesterday.

John’s spokesperson told Us Weekly that John was flying to New York to perform on The Late Show with David Letterman, his third consecutive Thanksgiving appearance on the show, and then would be travelling on to Connecticut to spend the weekend with his family.

John and Jessica are rumoured to be dating again after being spotted together looking cosy at the weekend.

However, Sports Illustrated magazine is claiming that Jessica is actually dating Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo. Romo was spotted dining with Jessica’s father Joe Simpson earlier this month then Jessica was Tony’s guest at a Cowboys game against the Arizona Cardinals on 12th November.
