Anna Nicole Smith moves out of contested Bahamian home
Anna Nicole Smith and partner Howard K Stern have been granted a restraining order to keep an unnamed person (presumably G Ben Thompson or someone working for him) away from her Bahamian home.
Thompson claims the property belongs to him and sought to evict Anna Nicole and her family from $1million home as well as cutting off the power to the house.
Smith and Stern played down reports at the time but now Stern has admitted: “Somebody did try and shut the power off but we have a court order against this person so he can’t come on the property or try and shut the power off, or the water.”
However, Anna Nicole has decided to move out of the contested property to avoid further disruption: “I’ve actually bought a new house and it’s really nice. It’s on a dock and it’s a big house, lots of bedrooms and I’m really excited about the house.”
The couple, who held a spiritual but not legally binding ‘wedding’ ceremony in September, added that they have no plans to move away from the Bahamas.
Howard said: “We love it here. The people have been great.”
Anna Nicole added: “My son is buried here, my daughter was born here and I expect to be here for a while.”

She is so selfish, and she knows she is lying about Howard being the father and the house being a gift. She’s depriving her daughter of the truth as well, believe me, she will be angry if she finds out her real father wanted to know her and was prevented. And she is on drugs and her son died of the same drugs she takes. She needs to go to rehab and possibly jail, because she is a criminal who needs a reality check…the death of her son just didn’t seem to work.

Anna loved her son. I followed her life since my coming to US from Europe. 18 years ago.
She appeared and appears to be a wonderful mother. Noway she could have killed her dearest son.
I am pretty sure some ladies are jealous and some guys, whoever they are feel a kind of regret not being able to make Anna their lover.
God bless her daughter. She’s Anna’s rock. Also, Howard. What a big heart he has.
God bless him, too.

I think every one should just back off and mind their own business. Why do we care so much. Why do i care so much. We all have opinions but are they informed ones. People who are mean and say mean things are just jealous and have nothing better to do with their own sad lives. It is time for these people to take control of their own lives and just leave everyone else alone.
Let Anna Nicole finally rest in peace.

I can relate to Anna Nicole. I too lost my son at a young age [17] I know deep in my heart that I would want to be buried next to my precious son too. I think the media should step back a little. I always thought and always will think they are sinful vultures. I pray that Anna will now have the chance to rest in peace!
