Britney Spears and Paris Hilton

  • Paris Hilton has said she loves new BFF Britney Spears. The two have been practically inseperable for the last week or so but while Britney partied with Paris’ good friend Brandon Davis on Wednesday night at the Roosevelt Hotel, Paris opted for a quieter night and was spotted slumming it for her, wearing a mis-matched tracksuit with chipped black nail varnish. Of her new friendship, she told photographers: “I love her. She is the sweetest girl I know. She’s so down-to-earth. I just want her to smile and be happy.”
  • Jude Law has revealed it was a pleasure to work with Cameron Diaz while filming their new movie The Holiday. He said recently: “Having Cameron around is like having the sun on set every day. She understands that kind of film so well. I learned a great deal just by watching her.” The film premiered in London and New York this week.
  • After a decidedly acrimonious start, Charlie Sheen’s divorce from Denise Richards has ended quietly and without much fuss. Documents just released by Los Angeles County Superior Court reveal that the couple’s four year long marriage ended in “status only” on the 17th November. The couple have still to resolve custody arrangements for their two daughters, two year old Sam and Lola, age 1.
