Melanie BrownFormer Spice Girl Melanie Brown arrived in Britain yesterday showing off what looked to be a baby bump.

Mel is rumoured to be around five months pregnant with boyfriend Eddie Murphy’s child and while she has yet to officially confirm or deny the rumour, she apparently talked quite freely about it to her fellow plane passengers.

One passenger reported she said she was “excited and feeling great” and “couldn’t be happier” about the pregnancy.

Another traveller added: “She was smiling and chatting and looking chuffed about the new arrival.”

If the news is true, the baby will be a second child for Melanie, who has a daughter, Phoenix Chi, from a previous relationship. The baby will be Eddie’s seventh child.
