Pete Doherty has reportedly picked out a vintage Christian Dior dress for fiancee Kate Moss to wear for their wedding.

According to the Sunday Mirror, Pete spotted the dress at a second-hand store in Archway, north London, this week and an onlooker reported that he paid £120 for the pink dress with a blue trim.

The onlooker noted: “Pete was immediately thrilled with the dress. He was saying how it would be perfect for Kate - and it certainly looked suitable for a cool wedding dress.”

The couple are rumoured to be planning to marry at Marylebone Register Office over Christmas or around Kate’s 33rd birthday on the XX of January next year, despite rumours of rows over Pete’s recent arrest for drug possession.

A friend close to the couple added: “In typical Pete and Kate style, they still have their bust-ups - but there’s no doubt it’s full steam ahead for the wedding. And it seems like he’s set his heart on this dress for Kate to wear.”

“He’s been really careful to keep [the dress] away from prying eyes. He doesn’t even like talking about it - which would suggest that he hopes it will be Kate’s wedding dress.”

“Kate is out of the country for a few days - but after a difficult time the other week, Pete is now a very happy man again.”

Pete is due in court tomorrow regarding his August arrest for possession of drugs.
