Jordan and Peter Andre

  • Katie Price, aka glamour model Jordan, and husband Peter Andre are to present their own chat show. Speaking on the Paul O’Grady Show on Channel Four on Monday, they confirmed the “two-year golden handcuffs” with ITV and revealed they’re planning a chat show that will be “different to anything before.” Unable to get a word in between his wife’s comments, Peter joked that it’ll be different because “I won’t be talking in it obviously.”
  • Scrubs star Sarah Chalke has got engaged to long-term boyfriend Jamie Afifi. Jamie proposed during a holiday in Hawaii last week and Sarah is said to be “ecstatic”. Sarah is currently filming the sixth season of the medical comedy show.
  • Little Britain’s Matt Lucas held his stag night in the same venue as Elton John did this time last year but Matt’s was a little more low-key: while Elton’s party at the Soho Revue Bar in London was packed with celebrity friends, Matt and his partner Kevin McGee invited just 13 friends and spent just £200 on drinks before leaving a couple of hours later. Matt and Kevin are reportedly planning a pantomine theme for their civil ceremony later this month.
