U2 frontman Bono is reportedly planning to offer Yohane Banda a job through his wife Ali Hewson’s new ethical clothing label.

Yohane, a farmer in Malawi, was brought into the world’s spotlight in October when Madonna and Guy Ritchie adopted his then 13 month old son David.

Bono is reported to believe that Yohane would fit in well at Ali’s Edun company and according to the Mirror, said recently: “We’re trying to get jobs to Africa then people will be able to keep their children.”

Meanwhile Yohane himself is reportedly livid about rumours that Madonna is planning to circumcise David as part of his entry into the Kabbalah religion.

The Sun has quoted him as saying that David has been baptised as a Christian and “this goes against the Christian religion … I would urge her to think again.”
