Nicole ScherzingerShe may wear exceptionally racy outfits and pose mostly-nude as the lead singer of burlesque group turned pop stars the Pussycat Dolls, but Nicole Scherzinger has revealed she has no intention of following in the current Hollywood trend of going commando.

She told Complex magazine recently: “Coming from Kentucky, we’re simple, so we wear kinda granny-looking, cute little flowery lacy things.”

“I grew up in a conservative Catholic family, so [even] being in the Pussycat Dolls was a big stretch for me.”

She also revealed she has no plans to just stick to singing in the band: when she joined the group, she only did so on the proviso that she was also given a solo recording deal at the same time and she is currently working on her debut solo album. But even that is not enough for her: “I want to do movies, another Pussycat Dolls album, and another solo album after that. I want to write my own Broadway musical, too.”
