Angelina Jolie has revealed that she is keen to make sure her son Maddox knows all about his Cambodian heritage - including its culinary specialities.

She said recently that Camp Jolie-Pitt took a short break to the country: “it was the first trip there where [Mad] really understood it. We took him to a restaurant in the middle of the night and he had his first plate of crickets.”

Angelina also revealed she has previously eaten cockroaches and bee larvae and would like to learn how to cook the high-protein delicacies herself.
