Nadine Coyle and Jesse MetcalfeGirls Aloud’s Nadine Coyle might get a more memorable Christmas present than she thinks when she joins boyfriend Jesse Metcalfe in Dubai over the festive period.

The couple split up last month for a few weeks after the pressures of a long distance relationship became too much but now they’re back together, a source has revealed: “[Jesse] wants to make it up to Nadine, so he’s booked a five-star hotel and has made sure they can spend some quality time together - just the two of them.”

The Desperate Housewives star has also been spotted looking for engagement rings near his Los Angeles home after Nadine told him about how footballer Ashley Cole proposed to her Girls Aloud bandmate Cheryl Tweedy (now Cole) in Dubai last year.

The source added: “Nadine has told Jesse about Ashley’s proposal and how perfect it was. Now he’s planning something similar.”
