Matt Willis with Emma GriffithsI’m a Celebrity star Matt Willis is reported to be planning to propose to his girlfriend Emma Griffiths on Christmas Day.

According to The People newspaper, the former Busted frontman decided to propose after missing Emma during his stay in Australia for the reality tv show and after leaving the jungle told reporters: “I WILL marry her one day - I know that for a fact. She is everything to me.”

Emma’s father told the newspaper that Matt had already asked his permission and he suspects it’ll be a lavish ceremony when they walk down the aisle: “Emma will want a big, white wedding with all the trimmings. I don’t know about a magazine deal - but never say never.”

Matt spent time in rehab earlier this year to help deal with alcohol addiction and credits Emma with helping his recovery: “I don’t think I’d have got through a lot of what has happened to me if it wasn’t for her.”
