Keith Urban will return to rehab after Christmas break

Keith Urban will return to rehabilitation after his Christmas break in Australia.

The country singer sparked rumours he’d finished his treatment after he was spotted with wife Nicole Kidman in Sydney this week.

However his publicist Paul Freundlich has now confirmed that Keith will return to the clinic shortly: “Keith is on a leave in Australia to be with his family during the holidays. This is a natural occurrence at this point in his treatment. He will continue with his rehab upon his return.”

Keith was admitted to the Betty Ford Center in California in October to get help dealing with his alcohol addiction.

Nicole has been spotted as a frequent visitor to her husband in the clinic but according to onlookers, was still delighted to be reunited with Keith for Christmas: “Nicole looked radiant. She was beaming and her skin was aglow. They looked very in love and happy to be together.”
