• It’s like we’re having “flash”back (ahem) to last November - Britney Spears was caught in another upskirt moment on Friday while wearing one of her many, many retro mini-dresses. She had knickers on this time though.
• And Lindsay Lohan nearly had a boob flashing moment, courtesy of a very low bustier, at the US Weekly Style Awards at Sugar in Hollywood this week. Ashless Simpson & Pete Wentz and Jennifer Lopez & Marc Anthony were amongst those also in attendance at the event.
• Elsewhere, the Tribeca Film Festival in New York continues - Angelina Jolie attended the screening of her directorial debut, the documentary A Moment in the World on Friday night.
• Ethan Hawke is also in the city for the festival - and supermodel Petra Nemcova was snapped on the red carpet for the Gardener of Eden screening on Thursday.
• Meanwhile the Spider-Man 3 promotional tour reached Paris recently - Kirsten Dunst was snapped shopping in the city before taking to the red carpet.

Amidst various rumours that they’re on the verge of separating, Angelina Jolie reportedly bought Brad Pitt a new motorbike and insisted the couple had some alone time together in a luxury hotel so that the rumours don’t come true.

A source told In Touch Weekly magazine that Angelina surprised Brad with a custom-built bike - all the better for racing away from paparazzi - and a new Ducati helmet last weekend. The source said: “She wanted to do something special for him.”

She also booked a luxury suite in Hollywood’s Roosevelt Hotel for them last Sunday afternoon so the couple could have some quality time together: “They stayed for a few hours, just the two of them.”

Larry Birkhead is once again free to take daughter Dannielynn Birkhead to his home in the US after a Bahamian judge dismissed Virgie Arthur’s appeal.

Anna Nicole Smith’s mum Virgie tried to block the earlier ruling allowing Larry to take Dannielynn home until the next custody hearing in June but the judge overseeing the appeal at a Nassau courthouse on Friday called the attempt “weak” and ordered Virgie to pay costs of $3,000 for wasting the court’s time.

After the initial ruling giving him permission, Larry confirmed that a passport for Dannielynn was “in the works” and according to Access Hollywood, a new birth certificate for the eight month old baby girl has been issued - citing Larry as her father and changing her surname from Stern to Birkhead.

Larry has said that after months of being at the centre of a media circus, he is keen to have some quiet time with his daughter - but has been offered a number of deals to stay in the spotlight.

He said this week: “A lot of people are calling. There’s a script for a movie, some TV, an entertainment correspondent for a show, things like that. Maybe I’ll just go off into the sunset with my daughter. I don’t want to live under the microscope like Anna.”

“I want to make a difference for my daughter. Maybe we’ll live a quiet life by the beach, or go back to where I’m from, or find a place to start new. I want to take a few months off to get to know my daughter and for her to get to know me.”

But Larry probably won’t be able disappear entirely even if he wants to - the New York Post reported on Saturday that Larry signed a year long, million dollar deal with NBC Universal shortly after Anna Nicole’s funeral last month.

• Zach Braff has expressed his surprise to find a considerably more tanned version of himself on the posters for The Ex. Zach, alongside his co-stars Amanda Peet and Jason Bateman, have all been given Photoshop tans on the posters and writing on his blog, the Scrubs star wrote: “So yes, I don’t know why they made me so tan on the poster for ‘The Ex,’. When I first saw it, I thought it might be the South American poster, since we all looked a smidgen Latin. Or… as Latin as I’m ever gonna look.”
• Actor Cary Elwes has become a father for the first time after wife Lisa-Marie gave birth to a baby girl earlier this week. The baby, named Dominique, arrived on Tuesday evening at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, weighing in at 7lbs 2oz.
• Jennifer Love Hewitt is being sued by her former management company, claiming they deserve more money for helping land her the lead role in hit TV show The Ghost Whisperer. Jennifer left Handprint Management in March 2005 but they claim they deserve more money after brokering her seven-year contract for the show. The company is looking for a minimum of $350,000 in damages.

Mick Jagger has revealed he’s given up writing his autobiography because it’s too boring.

The Rolling Stone frontman said recently: “I was offered a large sum of money [for the book], which I found tempting and I started writing.”

“I was sitting around talking endlessly about the past, living in it. And I found it rather dull.”

“I’d love to find another form to do it in. A book form, but not in the accepted showbiz memoir.”

Cheryl Cole has revealed she has a bit of a crush on husband Ashley Cole’s boss, Chelsea coach José Mourinho.

Cheryl, who married Ashley last summer, told Newcastle’s Metro Radio: “[José]’s definitely got something about him.”

“He has a presence and a lot of charisma and I think everybody loves a little bit of bad-boy arrogance.”

“He’s stylish and a little bit older, so yes, I’ve got a twinkle in my eye for him.”

Cheryl also reiterated her hatred of being called a WAG, just because she’s married to a top footballer play - she called the term “degrading and offensive” to the women who lives and careers of their own.
