George Michael has admitted he refuses to take HIV tests because he’s so worried about the results.

George makes the confession in a forthcoming BBC2 documentary about the illness and the show’s producer explained: “George says he does not believe in tests.

“He says he finds the wait for results too harrowing and that he hasn’t had a test since at least 2004 due to his fears it might be positive.”

George has been in a long-term relationship with Kenny Goss since 1996 but his first long-term partner, Anselmo Feleppa, died of an AIDS-related illness in 1993. George and Kenny are expected to marry later in the year.

Denise Richards and Richie Sambora might no longer be dating but that doesn’t mean Heather Locklear has forgiven her former friend.

A source told the National Enquirer that Heather has fired her daughter’s long-time nanny Robin Hasen because Robin refuses to kick Denise’s children out of a preschool that she owns.

The source told the magazine that Robin has been “like a second mom” to 9-year old Ava but Heather felt she had no choice when she refused to removed Denise’s children from the nursery: “Denise and Heather’s ex-hubby Richie Sambora may have split up, but that doesn’t mean Heather’s ready to bury the hatchet.”

Kevin Federline is reportedly unwilling to sign the final settlement agreements as part of his divorce from Britney Spears because he’s worried about her ability to look after their two children.

Echoing earlier reports that he’s worried about her mental health, a source close to Kevin told People magazine that under the current agreement the couple are supposed to share legal and physical custody of the boys but Kevin wants it reworded.

The source said: “Britney’s attorneys are anxious to see Kevin sign off on a divorce. But Kevin and his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan are dragging their heels out of concern over reports of Britney’s post-rehab partying.”

“[Kevin] wants to make sure that the divorce document makes it simple enough for [him] to downsize Britney’s access to her kids the next time her behavior troubles him.”

In related news, Britney has reportedly issued her mum with a legal letter, ordering her to stay away from the kids.

Britney travelled to Valencia, Califonia (where Lynne was supervising a photo shoot for Britney’s younger sister Jamie Lynn) yesterday afternoon to deliver the letter to her mum in person.

Sources claim Britney feels Lynne is currently unstable and the letter orders Lynne to stay away from Sean and Jayden if she’s taking any medication that would impair her ability to care or respond to the children.

• Lily Allen has been arrested for allegedly attacking a photographer earlier in the year. Lily was formally arrested during an pre-arranged meeting at the police station in central London yesterday over the incident near the Wardour Club in Soho, London in March. A police spokesperson confirmed the arrest and that she has been “released on bail to return in late July.”
• After spending most of June in a less than desirable location, Paris Hilton has reportedly rented a $3million Malibu beach house for the rest of the summer. Entertainment Tonight is reporting that Paris has rented a two-bed, three-bath home on the beach with sources adding that her mum and dad Kathy and Rick Hilton are renting a separate property nearby.

Jennifer Aniston’s new boyfriend Paul Sculfor is reportedly smitten with the former Friends star and is keen move their relationship along.

The couple were first linked last month when they were spotted dining together at One Pico in Santa Monica over the Memorial Day weekend but a friend of the male model has told Star magazine the couple are already thinking about moving in together.

The friend added: “Paul has been saying that he wants to bring Jen to England to meet his parents.”

“I think if things continue as they are right now, he’ll propose to her within three months.”

When the friend asked Paul directly about his plans with Jennifer, he replied ‘It’s private’: “He wouldn’t admit to it - but then he wouldn’t deny it.”

“I know how Paul reacts. He finds it hard to keep a secret.”

Another friend quoted Paul as saying: “She is fantastic. Everything I going really well between us. She is really amazing.”

And an onlooker, who spotted Jennifer dining with Courteney Cox-Arquette recently, added that Jen seems to be similarly happy with Paul: “She was talking about Paul all evening and was quite animated at times.”

“There’s no doubt Jen is really into Paul. When she mentioned his name, she broke out in a smile. She was just being natural and excited and, dare I say it, looked in love.”
