Amy Winehouse “constantly arguing” with husband Blake

Amy WinehouseAmy Winehouse is reportedly causing problems for the organisers of her current European tour because she is so utterly devoted to husband Blake Fielder-Civil.

A source close the star has revealed that Amy, who was spotted on the verge of tears while wandering around Munich on her own last week, is struggling to cope with Blake’s demands but can’t say no to her husband of six months.

The source told Closer magazine: “They are constantly arguing backstage, and whenever he gets bored he demands they leave, no matter what she’s doing.”

“At one of her gigs, Blake even insisted they go back to the hotel half an hour before she was due on stage.”

“Amy’s team has told her they can’t run a tour under these circumstances. But she runs straight to Blake, who goes mental and threatens to fly back to the UK.”

“Then she goes back to her team and tells them, she can’t do it without him around.”

Amy’s forthcoming US tour dates are currently in jeopardy too: her dad Mitch Winehouse revealed yesterday that she had lost her US work visa after her arrest for cannabis possession in Norway earlier in the month.

Britney Spears has visitation rights scaled back further

Britney Spears will now only be allowed to see her sons twice a week instead of every other day according to a new court ruling.

Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon made the ruling today, following last Friday’s hearing with the singer and her ex-husband Kevin Federline.

Under the new agreement, Britney will only see two year old Sean and one year old Jayden between 12pm-7pm on one day, then an overnight stay from 12pm-10am on the second day. Both visits will be monitored by a court-appointed supervisor as has been the previous arrangement.

Britney has also been ordered to continue taking twice-weekly random drug tests and to childproof both her Beverly Hills and Malibu homes by the end of the week.

Gordon is said have come to the ruling after hearing evidence from the parent coach assigned to the couple, Lisa Hacker.

According to papers released by the court today, Lisa noted that while there is clearly a love and bond between the boys and their mother, “during all three of my visits, [Britney] rarely engaged with the children in either conversation or play.”

“Many of [Britney’s] interactions with the children are not child-centered. It seems that her choices are dependent more on what [she] wants to do rather than what would be more enjoyable for the children. [She also shows a] lack of general attention at times.”

“The problem is that unless [Britney] realizes the consequences of her behavior and the impact that it has on her children, nothing is going to be successful.”

At the start of October, Britney lost her shared custody of the boys after Commissioner Gordon ruled that she had broken specific criteria for custody and he worried about her “frequent and habitual” substance abuse. The custody case will continue, with the next scheduled hearing due to take place on 26th November.
