• Jude Law and his ex-wife Sadie Frost spent Christmas and New Year on holiday in South Africa with their three children. Their tour operator Brian McFarlane revealed the family stayed at an orphanage in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands, spending time with the children, before moving on to Franschhoek for Christmas Day itself. McFarlane added: “Jude and Sadie got on really well together. They seem to have settled their differences and live for their kids.” The pair were married for six years before separating in 2003.
  • Tara Palmer-Tomkinson is probably glad all the festive hoohah of the last week is coming to an end - she spent thousands of pounds on outdoor lights to decorate the front of her Kensington home but had them spell out a rather cynical “Whatever”. She said of the lights: “It makes my house look like a brothel.”
