Although it had never been confirmed as happening, it looks like Kate Hudson’s relationship with Owen Wilson has ended.

The couple became close friends while filming You, Me & Dupree together last year and rumours of a romance grew after the two were repeatedly spotted together in the wake of Kate’s separation from husband Chris Robinson.

Extra has now reported that Kate finished with Owen over the New Year because he refused to commit to their relationship.

Us Weekly added that the issue was brought to a head when Owen refused to join Kate for her family New Year’s Eve celebrations in Aspen, Colorado.
