Joss Stone has revealed she’s not a fan of showbiz parties because they’re not real parties.

The 19 year old soul singer said recently: “Everybody sees magazines and thinks, ‘Oh my god, they’re having so much fun!’ But lets be real - these people had to get ready for four f***ing hours, they’re in high heels that hurt, talking to people they don’t know, having pictures taken every five minutes. That’s not a party.”

But even if they were livelier, she wouldn’t be interested: “I’m not much of a party animal. I get tired. It’s like I’m an old woman or something.”
