Drew Barrymore has split from boyfriend of almost five years Fabrizio Moretti because he’s not into the Hollywood scene and isn’t ready to start a family.

A source close to Drew told Us Weekly: “Drew said they needed some time off.”

“He’s younger, and she’s more worldly. He doesn’t like the Hollywood stuff. He doesn’t get her friends.”

But this isn’t the first time that the couple have gone their separate ways: “She broke up with him twice before this. This is exactly what happened last time they took a break.”

A friend of Fabrizio, who is the drummer with The Strokes, confirmed the split, adding that “Fab is now living back in his old apartment.”

News of the split comes just days after an interview with Drew was published in Harper’s Bazaar where Drew advised people to not take their relationships too seriously.
